Me? A Librarian? (You've Got to be Joking!) Luncheon

Saturday , February 19th at 2:00 PM, the Black Caucus of the American Library Assocation - Connecticut chapter (BCALA-CT), will host an informal and informative luncheon entitled, "Me? a Librarian (You've Got to be Joking!)" at the South End Branch of the Ferguson Library.

This luncheon will provide teens, college students, and other adults with valuable information about the wonderful field of librarianship. Interested in learning more? You are invited to enjoy great African and Caribbean foods as some of Connecticut's most outstanding librarians share about the profession they love! Watch a short film with a comedian making fun of the profession's stereotypes that, of course, are not true.

This program is co-sponsored by , the Stamford Kwanzaa Association, the Ferguson Library--South End Branch and BCALA-CT.
