Save the Date for "Me? A Librarian?" --March 8th

The Black Caucus of the American Library Association, Connecticut Affiliate (BCALA-CT) announces their second annual recruitment seminar,
"Me? A Librarian?"

The program will be held at the Hartford Public Library,
500 Main St., Hartford, CT on
March 8, 2006
from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.


The program's goal is to make people aware of some of the various routes one might take to make working in libraries fun, exciting and worthwhile.
Speakers include Dr. Randi Ashton-Pritting, CLA Recruitment chairperson and director of the W.H. Mortensen Allen Memorial Library at the University of Hartford; and Astoria Ridley, a Librarian with the Connecticut Judicial Branch
Law Library in New Haven.
