REFORMA Northeast Chapter (National Association to Promote Library and Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish-Speaking), had the initiative to organize a joint program in conjunction with the Black Caucus of the American Library Association (BCALA) and the Chinese American Librarians Association(CALA). This event will take place at the Greenwich Library, Connecticut which director is Mario Gonzalez.
