Position: PT Reference Librarian, WallingfordPL

Wallingford Public Library is seeking a part time reference librarian who loves working with teens and adults to join our experienced professional team. A $12 million expansion is underway and the library will provide service during construction. Flexibility and tolerance for noise will be necessary! Library renovations will be completed in fall 2007.

Position requires: MLS from an accredited library school; ability to deal effectively with the public; Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Schedule includes 2 nights and weekends in rotation. Approximately 22 hours per week.
Compensation:$21.85 to $27.80 depending on qualifications and experience No benefits.
