Author, Okey Ndibe a BCALA-CT Selected Author at CLA 2014

Nigerian author Okey Ndibe will be a guest speaker  for BCALA-CT at the 2014 Connecticut Library Association (CLA) Conference on Tuesday, April 29th at 11:30am at the Crowne Plaza Hartford, Cromwell, CT.


Mr. Ndibe will discuss his latest work, a story of  a New York -based Nigerian cab driver who sets out to steal an ancient war deity statue from his village in “Foreign Gods, Inc."

Mr. Ndibe is a novelist, political columnist and essayist. His previous novel is called "Arrows of Rain" was published in 2000. His bio can be found here.
